We appreciate your cooperation in the City of Auburn - Water Service Line Inventory Survey. To satisfy a nationwide regulatory requirement of developing and maintaining a water service line inventory by October 2024, the City of Auburn Public Works Department is asking its water service customers to help, by encouraging customers to share information about their water service pipe material. The survey is designed to be completed in about 5 minutes and will guide you on how to locate your home's water service pipe. Depending on your response to the survey questions, you may need a coin and magnet to complete this survey. Please refer to the instructions within the survey for details.
