NOTICE: Datum Update – Now Using NSRS2011

As of August 7, 2025, the City’s Survey Monument Database has been updated to the latest National Spatial Reference System adjustment. All published coordinates are now referenced to NAD83(2011) Epoch 2010.00 (commonly referred to as NSRS2011), superseding the previous NAD83-HARN datum.

This update aligns with:

• The most recent National Geodetic Survey (NGS) adjustment,
• RCW 58.20.121, requiring current datum use for public surveys, and
• Chapter 3, Appendix D of the City's Engineering Design Standards.

Users are advised to verify datum consistency when utilizing monument coordinates for mapping, design, or construction. If you have projects or data based on NAD83-HARN, please account for potential shifts when integrating with the updated system.
